1 cup of wheat
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 pinch of salt
Beat all the ingredients in a blender. The dough has to be soft yet consistent.
If it gets too soft add the wheat, if it gets too thick add milk.
Heat the pan with wire oil pour a little batter and prepare one by one each pancake.
Once ready put the filling and make the rolls.
Arrange the pancakes in a tomato sauce and put oven cheese to enhance the flavor.
The filling can be done to taste
